I'm a Technology Architect at the Microsoft Technology Center in Munich, Germany, where I help our customers and partners to build custom software applications using the .NET Framework and run our Envisioning Center. At work I focus mostly on Silverlight, WCF, WF, WPF, Windows Azure, and Windows AppFabric. My personal favorite topic though remains web development with ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms. I also occasionally dabble in other technologies such as SharePoint, or Office Communication Server. Before joining the Actually Not So Evil Empire, I worked for one of the Big 5 consultancies, doing mostly old school Java Enterprise Edition projects until Spring took that world by storm.
This site hosts my personal blog. I also blog on our team's blog at Mostly Technical Content, which is geared towards the MTC's German audience. While you can expect to see technical content published by me on both blogs, this site is English only and features a more… um… personal spin on our world painted .NET.
